I Am Sick & Tired

I'm sick and tired of opening the newspaper or turning on the news only to hear that another precious life has been lost to suicide. And while I understand that not all of the people who take their own life are dealing with homosexuality, enough of them are that I feel it's vital to get the message out.

thank you - as the proud mother of a gay daughter who thankfully had an unsuccessful suicide attempt we need spread the word that there is understanding and support and it does get better. i mistakenly thought that my acceptance and love for her was enough. i didn't realize so much of the rest of the world was hostile.
